Pear tree is an iconic Canadian DJ, producer and songwriter on the Montreal and international scenes. With over 12 albums to his credit, including the recent "Quiet Revolution (2024), he builds bridges between cultures and eras, blending electronic and acoustic sounds. He has collaborated with artists such as Jimena Angel, Flavia Nascimento and Djely Tapa, and has penned remixes for the likes of Gotan Project, Salif Keita and Chinese Man. Poirier has also played on the stages of major festivals such as Dour, BoomTown, Igloofest and Montreux Jazz.
