IS ONLINE PAYMENT ON THE PANDA-EVENTS WEBSITE SECURE?

Payment is secure at 100%, even though the padlock is not displayed in the url address bar. The payment page is secure and encrypted, but the entire Panda Events website is not, hence the absence of the padlock.

I'M A MINOR AND WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND A CONCERT. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

As stipulated in our house rules: unless otherwise stated, access to the bar and shows is forbidden to people under 16 not accompanied by an adult (art. L3342-3 of the French Public Health Code).

I'D LIKE TO TAKE MY CHILD TO A CONCERT. IS THIS POSSIBLE? AT WHAT RATE?

Children aged three and over are allowed to attend concerts, excluding those for young audiences. Hearing protection headphones are available for parents at the box office or checkroom in each concert hall.

For children aged 3 to 5: admission to the concert is free on presentation of proof of identity and prior collection of a ticket from the concert hall box office.

For children aged 6 to 11: you can buy them a ticket at a reduced rate, on presentation of the child's ID.

AUTHORIZED / PROHIBITED

• Cameras and video equipment are forbidden during concerts, unless specifically accredited.
• Can I bring my scooter in and leave it in the checkroom? Unfortunately not.
• Other obviously forbidden items: bulky objects and any dangerous, sharp, pointed or blunt object... Glass bottles, metal cans, alcohol.
• Pets are also prohibited, except in exceptional cases.

I BOUGHT A TICKET FOR A PANDA EVENTS CONCERT, BUT I CAN'T COME ANYMORE, WHAT CAN I DO?

Concert tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the event of cancellation or postponement of the show.

As tickets are not nominative, the resale of tickets purchased at the "pre-sale" price is tolerated. The resale price may not exceed the original purchase price (face value).

THE CONCERT I WANTED TO SEE IS SOLD OUT!

Unfortunately, it happens... and you may be tempted to find a second-hand space, even if it means paying a lot of money...

Beware of resellers! When you buy your ticket on the Internet (private sales sites, auctions, etc.), you have no guarantee of the authenticity of the ticket sold to you. Tickets come with a barcode that can easily be photocopied, so you run the risk of buying a ticket that has already been used by another spectator.

Please note that in the event of a show modification or cancellation, only the original buyer will be informed by email. Please make sure to find out about your event beforehand.

Exceptionally, a few places may go back on sale. This information is relayed primarily on social networks, so please keep a close eye on them.

In all cases, we do not keep a quota of tickets to sell on the evening of the event.
